On August 2008 a new limo company started working in DeKalb, IL. It wasn't the best of times to start a new business but we were confident we'd be able to succeed and we did it. Our formula was affordable prices and the best customer service ever. Very soon our customers started coming back and recommended the Empress to their friends and families. This is the way our company had a steady growth and today we can say that our best year was this last one. Because of that we were sure the best years for the Empress were still ahead. But a person plans and God decides.
A limo company is a 24/7 business and very slowly it was taking its toll on me as the Owner, Manager and Dispacher. The alarm sounded on a beautiful day of September 2011 when I ended at the local hospital for several days. This is the reason why the doctor asked me to slow down to avoid a worse consequence and I tried. During the first couple of weeks I had the intention of slowing down while taking care of business at the same time but it didn't work.
Today the Empress has to stop running even when she's so popular and successful and she owes everything to her loyal and wonderful customers. As a person I'm very grateful to the Empress because she introduced me to very interesting people who enriched my personal world. This is a feeling I share with my best driver ever: Andy Jackson. She always understood that customer service was our priority.
